ORDERING
- This website allows you to select your beads and bits in a 'Shopping Cart' format and allows you to browse through our wide range of products like an Online Catalogue.

- To place an order, you must first login (or register your details as a new customer) in order to view prices and to utilise the 'Shopping Basket' function and to 'Check Out' ad the end of shopping.

MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENT
- There is NO MINIMUM ORDER, however, for orders below $10, it will incur a $5 "Small Order Processing Fee".

PAYMENT PROCEDURE/DETAILS
- YES, WE DO have an actual "Bricks 'n' Mortar" PHYSICAL SHOPFRONT (NOT just "home-based" or "online-only" business), and we will be able to process credit card payments using our EFTPOS terminal's MOTO Function (which stands for Mail Order, Telephone Order). Our EFTPOS service/terminal is with Commonwealth Bank, and it is completely trackable and safe.

- As we do not have an Online 'Payment Processing' Gateway for online shoppers at this stage, we do require that you provide us with a contact phone number(s) so that we can contact you for payment details. This ensures that you are dealing with us directly and in person, and taht your payment details are not typed up online.

- We are considering accepting Paypal, so if that is your preferred payment option, stay tuned!

If you choose to pay by Direct Deposit/Electronic Transfer, please wait for us to contact you with the finalised amount payable, then transfer it into the above account along with your NAME OR ORDER NUMBER in the description. Please contact us as soon as you have completed the deposit and we will dispatch your order.

POSTAGE/SHIPPING RATES
- Customers pay for postage/shipping of goods. Orders above $250 will receive FREE POSTAGE.

- We will inform you of the cost of postage before we charge you for the order and it will be added manually to the order at the payment stage. (after the weight of parcel has been established)

- All Orders are sent via AUSTRALIA EXPRESS POST and postage costs are calculated by package size and weight:

All of the goods in each order will be checked and examined before packing and dispatch to ensure that they are in good condition and are not damaged or with defects. However, we accept no responsibility for parcel that are lost or damaged by Australia Post.

AUSTRALIA REGISTERED POST (optional)
If you are concerned about parcels being lost or damaged, you can choose to have your order sent by Australia Registered Post. Please contact us if you wish to arrange for this.
